R&D at the heart of Tecsystem

The Research and Development department at Tecsystem - led by experienced engineer Sergio Colombi - is a fundamental element in a virtuous chain striving towards the future and progress.
The people who tell us about it are the ones who in the team, every day, work towards this progress.

Marcos Matiussi
Technical Designer

Marcos has been with the company since 2018. He arrived at Tecsystem as an apprentice, working during the day and studying at night, and after six months, having completed his studies, he became part of the team in full effect.
Since then he has been in charge of design and technical support in a department with a staff of five.
‘My 3Ds have to be precise and self-explanaining, so that anyone using them can immediately understand every detail. It is an ever-evolving job and, because of that, it is challenging and interesting. All achievements and successes belong to the team’.

Michael Calo
Contact person Electrical Engineering

Michael joined Tecsystem at the age of 19 and, after 26 years, still has the same enthusiasm.
‘I am in charge of the debugging of components: this involves testing the company's products in accordance with current regulations. The tests cover the product in its entirety: we check that every detail is perfect before we put it on the market.
In addition to this, I also support electronic production: the guys can refer to me for any advice on components, maintenance, and everything related to electronics and electrical engineering.

Davide Inghingolo
Technical support

Davide has been providing valuable technical support to customers before and after purchase since 2012: ‘Together we find solutions to different needs and solve any doubts that may arise during operations.
‘My role is versatile: I deal with specifications that are translated into user manuals, I follow technical interventions on installations and I am often present at meetings with customers’.
In more than a decade of work at Tecsystem, he tells us that ‘working methods have changed, evolving towards a system of recording data on products and servicing, which allows us to have statistics, plan and monitor the work to be done.
The result is an enormous increase in intervention speed and precision, characteristics that an international company such as Tecsystem must guarantee, especially in a constantly evolving sector such as energy, which requires a proactive attitude towards the creation of new solutions suited to customer and market demands.
And this plus has been recognised by important partners, such as Siemens: one of my greatest satisfactions was to receive compliments from the Quality Manager of the German headquarters during a shared project’.

Anna Giulia Transidico
Apprentice

Anna Giulia is very young and very determined: for the last year she has been working at Tecsystem as an apprentice but, thanks to in-house training, she is getting ready to deal with the software programming of Tecsystem products.
‘I studied for that and it is what I want to do: I am already working on several projects, with the support of colleagues, and each day exceeds the expectations of the satosfaction of the previous one’.

A statement that well describes the mood of the entire team, focused on progress, both personal and corporate. Here one is always looking ahead, with the confidence of the support of the company and colleagues.
